Yesterday I went to Elements, a nice shopping mall on Kowloon station. There was a boutique bakery called la Creations. The desserts are so pretty and..um.. inresistable. I bought several pieces home.
Sakura Cheese Cake
The “Sakura Mochi” （桜餅）is a traditional Japanese pastry only available in Spring, when the Sakura blossoms. But this one is a “Sakura-flavoured” cheesecake. Jelly on top (Look! There is a sakura blossom inside!), cheese cream down below. UM…It tastes like Spring time. Love it!
